Refund policy

In short

We sell digital products that are delivered immediately. By purchasing and consenting to immediate delivery, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and your purchase becomes final and non-refundable once the download or access has started. Your statutory rights for faulty products remain unaffected (see section 3).

1. The EU 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

2. Exception for digital content

Under EU consumer law, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately, where the consumer has:

1. given prior express consent to immediate delivery, and
2. acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you provide this consent and acknowledgment. As a result, once the download or access to your product has started, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded. We confirm your order and your consent by email.

3. Faulty, incorrect, or undelivered files

Your statutory warranty rights remain fully intact. If a file is corrupt, will not download, or is materially not as described, please contact us. We will re-deliver, repair, or replace the product, or — where that is not possible — find an appropriate solution.

4. Withdrawing before access starts

If you have not yet started the download or accessed your product, you may still withdraw within 14 days. You can use the withdrawal button/form on our website, or email us. We will confirm your request by email and refund any amount due to your original payment method within 14 days.
