Digi-Dossier is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands, operating the website digi-dossier.com.
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. They apply to all orders and to your use of digi-dossier.com.
We sell digital products — downloadable PDF guides and cookbooks. Purchases are one-time: you download and keep the files you buy (lifetime access to what you purchased), for your own personal use. We do not sell physical goods.
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the files or their contents, in whole or in part. All intellectual property rights remain with Digi-Dossier.
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable and, where available, in your local currency. Payment is processed by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery is digital and immediate: after your payment is confirmed, you receive access to download your product (by link and/or in your account).
Your statutory right of withdrawal and the conditions under which it does not apply to digital products are set out in our Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy. In short: by purchasing and expressly consenting to immediate delivery, you agree that performance begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.
Our guides and cookbooks are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, health, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always consult a qualified professional (for example, your physician) before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplementation, or lifestyle. Using our products does not create any doctor–patient, therapist, or coaching relationship.
Physical activity, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You undertake any activity or change described in our products voluntarily and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for taking your own health conditions, allergies, intolerances, and physical limitations into account.
Individual results vary and depend on many personal factors. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result or outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by intent or gross negligence, and your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, not to infringe our or others' rights, and not to attempt to circumvent any technical protection of our files.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may be able to refer it to a competent out-of-court dispute-resolution body in your country.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
