- Ground turmeric (1 tsp)
- Fresh ginger, grated (1 tbsp)

- Fresh garlic cloves, minced (3)
- Fresh lemon, juiced (1)
- Unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
- Fresh dill, chopped (2 tbsp)

- Lemon wheels and additional fresh dill (1 small bunch)

Instructions
- Season the salmon. Pat the salmon fillets dry, rub with turmeric, grated ginger, sea salt, and cracked pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and let rest for 5 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Sear skin side. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, place fillets skin-side down and press gently; sear undisturbed for 5–6 minutes until the skin is deeply crisp and golden.
- Flip and baste. Flip fillets, add butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the pan, then spoon the fragrant foaming sauce over the salmon for 3–4 minutes until just medium inside.
- Rest and plate. Transfer salmon to warm plates, drizzle with the pan sauce, shower with fresh dill, and serve immediately with lemon wheels.
